The Arc Angel Project

The Arc Angel Project was created in 2008 to provide Christmas gifts for residents of the Developmental Center at Grafton who might otherwise not receive a gift.

The Arc staff works closely with the Developmental Center to obtain referrals and a list of suggested gift items for each individual. The gifts are delivered to the Developmental Center the week before Christmas.

The program was funded by The Arc, Upper Valley and donations from The Arc’s members and the public.  The 2009 program provided gifts for 40 individuals.

Donations for The Arc Angel Project are accepted year round and can be mailed to: The Arc Angel Project, 2500 DeMers Ave, Grand Forks ND 58201.

Excerpts from Thank You Notes

The guys in Maplewood 3A would like to thank you very much for the gifts.  Jeff was so excited to get the Star Trek DVD and the goodies. Lonnie has been busy with all his colored pencils and sketch pad. Wayne was so excited about his DVD and puzzle that he didn’t know which he wanted to do first! Bob just had to open his jelly beans before his other gift! Everyone enjoyed everything!

Thank you very much. Greg enjoys westerns & cowboy movies and he can use the body wash and jeans. You are great to think of others at Christmas.
