The Arc, Upper Valley’s 53rd Annual Dinner was held on November 6, 2008 at the Best Western Town House in Grand Forks.

     L.I.S.T.E.N. Performing Arts entertained with a short theatrical piece from the 1939 American musical fantasy “The Wizard of Oz.”
