The Arc, Upper Valley is directed by a board of directors comprised of 13 members who represent professionals, family members, self-advocates and concerned citizens. All are committed to improving the quality of life for children and adults with cognitive, intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. The Board meets no less than nine times per year.
