People with disabilities have rights that must be protected. DD providers are obligated to protect their rights. This training helps parents, guardians, and decision makers understand how providers protect these rights through the use of a Human Rights Committee and Behavior Support Committee.

Are you passionate about protecting the rights of people with disabilities? You can help by volunteering to serve on either our Behavior Support Committee or Human Rights Committee.

Medicaid is a Lifeline for people with disabilities.

Congress is voting on policies that will take away funding from Medicaid health care and services. Act now to tell Congress to protect Medicaid
