2025 ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE

 

In accordance with The Arc Upper Valley’s bylaws, we are required to hold an annual meeting before the end of the year. All members in good standing with the organization, meaning current on membership dues and maintaining voting privileges as specified in the bylaws, are allowed to vote on organizational matters.  A quorum of at least 10% of the membership is required for approval of each ballot item. For voting purposes:

• Self-Advocate, Individual, Honorary, and Lifetime members = 1 vote

• Family and Corporate members = 2 votes

Members received meeting materials by mail, with mail-in and online voting options.  All ballots must be submitted by December 5, 2025.  For questions about the materials or voting process, contact our office at (701) 772-6191, ext. 102 or email rhafner@arcuv.com.

This year, our Annual Celebration and Impact Awards will move to early 2026. We hope to make this event even more special and spotlight the incredible work happening across our region.
